McCoy's Music

Each grade will go to general music for at least 30 minutes a week.

 

Every lesson will include 3 out of the 5 following components:

-Singing

-Dancing

-Playing music games

-Composing

-Playing instruments

 

Throughout the school year students will learn about and improve in the following areas:

-Correct Vocal practices

-Musical Form

-Dynamics

-Tempos

-Age-appropriate rhythms

-Age-appropriate melodies

-Composers

-Instruments

-Music reading
